Xu Yeli currently serves as the Chairman of the Datang Bronze Mirror Museum in Xi'an, Executive Director of the China Museums Association, Secretary-General of the Shaanxi Provincial Private Museums Association, Vice Chairman of the Xi'an Museums Association, Chairman of Shaanxi Galaxy Electronic Engineering Co., Ltd., and Chairman of Xi'an Dabang Art Culture Communication Co., Ltd.

Since establishing the Datang Bronze Mirror Museum in Xi'an in 2015, Xu has led the entire museum staff in continuous exploration in academic research, social education, cultural innovation, and other directions. The museum provides high-quality exhibitions and social education activities to the public and is open to the public free of charge. It has been awarded the titles of "Top Ten Non-State-Owned Museums in Xi'an" and "3A Social Organization," contributing to cultural benefits for the people. Meanwhile, to bring the museum into schools, television stations, and the wider community, Xu frequently organizes special lectures and professional appraisal sessions on antique artworks. Additionally, teaching and experimental bases have been established with universities such as Shaanxi Normal University and Wenli College, providing museum-based educational services to schools and all sectors of society.

徐也力氏は、現在西安市大唐青銅鏡博物館の理事長、中国博物館協会の常務理事、陝西省民間博物館協会の事務局長、西安市博物館協会の副会長、陝西銀河電子工程有限責任公司の董事長、および西安市大邦芸術文化伝播有限公司の董事長を務めている。

2015年から西安市大唐青銅鏡博物館を創立して以来、徐氏は博物館の全従業員を率いて、学術研究、社会教育、文化イノベーション等の分野で継続的に探索を進め、一般大众に向けて高品質の展示及び社会教育活動を提供し、無料で一般に公開している。博物館は「西安市十佳非国有博物館」及び「3A社会団体」の称号を獲得し、文化を民衆の利益に結び付けるための貢献をしている。同時に、博物館を学校やテレビ局、社会に普及させるために、古美術品に関する専門講座や専門鑑定会を頻繁に開催し、陝西師範大学、文理学院などの大学と教学実験基地を設立し、学校及び社会各界に博物館ベースの教育サービスを提供している。
